Great community of helpful teachers. Practice is every Monday and Wednesday night 7 till 9pm and Saturday afternoons from 1pm

Great instruction from very experienced teachers in a huge variety of techniques - throws, locks, pins, sword, staff (jo) knife, katas and more - so there is always variety and new things to learn. A relaxed training environment which caters for all levels with the right degree of respect for the martial art, it's history and the teaching.
